Forms give you the ability to ask your site guest questions and receive answers. You can use them as informational, ordering things, voting, or even as guest books. Once you have created your forms will have to find and let your hosting provider activate them.
There are many objects you can use to create your form: checkboxes, select any combination of a group of responses; radio buttons, used to select one item from a list; list/menu, allows you to select one or many options from a list; a comment section; and buttons, could be to submit, reset, or to do nothing and attach your own JavaScript events or behaviors to it.
